Account data: your email address, full name, date of birth, and a profile photo.

Verification data: a photo of your ID and a short video of you stating your name, used solely to confirm you are a woman aged 18+.

Location data: your live GPS coordinates, collected while the app is open to show nearby members and shared only when you trigger an SOS.

Trusted contacts: names, phone numbers, and email addresses you add manually.

Payment data: handled entirely by our secure payment provider (Wix). We never see or store your card details.

To verify your identity and keep the community women-only. To show your approximate position on the nearby-members radar. To send your location and first name to nearby members and trusted contacts when you trigger an SOS. To process your subscription. To send you essential service notifications.

Your first name and profile photo are shown to nearby members only when an active SOS alert is in progress. Members cannot browse your profile, email, or phone number. Your trusted contacts are private to you — no other member or admin can see them. Your ID and verification video are visible only to admins for verification purposes.

All data is stored securely on our hosted infrastructure. Verification documents are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your trusted contacts and profile photo at any time. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact Safe Radius support.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can withdraw location permission at any time through your device settings. To exercise any data-protection right, contact Safe Radius support.

Safe Radius is strictly for women aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. We verify age and identity at registration.

By creating an account you confirm that you are a woman aged 18 years or older. Misrepresenting your identity or age is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

Registration requires admin approval. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account at our discretion to protect the community.

Safe Radius offers a 3-month free trial, after which your chosen plan (£0.99/month or £9.99/year) is charged automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your profile — cancellation takes effect immediately and access is revoked. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree to use Safe Radius only for genuine safety purposes. You will not trigger false SOS alerts, harass other members, share another member's information, or attempt to identify or contact members outside the platform. Violations result in account termination.

Safe Radius is a community-alert tool, not a replacement for emergency services. In a life-threatening situation always call your local emergency number first (e.g. 999). We do not guarantee that nearby members or trusted contacts will respond to an alert.

Safe Radius is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from use of or inability to use the service, including any failure of an alert to be delivered or responded to.

We may update this policy and these terms from time to time. Continued use of Safe Radius after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
